Hey all you bloggers out there needing a writing prompt and another link-up! You need more of those, right? Okay, maybe not, but I'm doing one anyway.
This Friday, Janine Huldie from Janine's Confessions of a Mommyaholic and I are starting a new link-up: Finish The Sentence Friday.
Each week we'll publish the beginning of a sentence and you finish it and link it up the following Friday. Make it however long or short you'd like. (I plan to write an entire post to finish it...unless I get really lazy or really distracted by my TweetDeck, trying to come up with something witty to tweet, then put it out there and realize it was actually stupid and it's stuck in Tweetland for the rest of my God-given life, for everyone to see and mock and pity my weak attempt at humor. So far, I've only done that like six times...that I know of.)
I'll put my "Finish The Sentence" story above the link-up each week for to you to read and enjoy and laugh hysterically at...or ignore completely and jump straight down to the link-up. I mean, if that's what you wanna do...fine...I would never do something like that...at least not in the last two days.
Anyway...

"I went to the grocery store the other day and...".
